Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and QSX SOFTWARE DOO NOVI SAD (“we”, “us”), the company behind Edeeva, registered in Serbia under number 21677400, with its seat at Milutina Bojića 2, Novi Sad. They apply to edeeva.io, the Edeeva waitlist and the Edeeva app. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Edeeva is not medical advice

Edeeva reads your health data and gives you information about it: trends, what changed, and what might help. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace a doctor or any other qualified professional.

• Always talk to a qualified professional before you start, stop or change a treatment, medication or supplement.
• Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something Edeeva said.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Edeeva cannot help in an emergency.

Who can use Edeeva

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You use Edeeva for yourself: an account is personal, and you may not create one for someone else or upload someone else's health data without their permission.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at hello@edeeva.io if you think someone else has used your account. The information you give us should be accurate, because Edeeva's insights depend on it.

Your data stays yours

You own the data you add to Edeeva: your lab results, health profile, check-ins and everything else. You give us permission to use it only to provide Edeeva to you, as the Privacy Policy describes. That permission ends when you delete your account, except for the records we must keep by law.

AI features

Some features use AI models to read your data and answer your questions. AI can be wrong. Edeeva labels what is a fact from your data and what is an inference, and shows the evidence behind it, but you should check anything important with a qualified professional.

Using Edeeva fairly

You agree not to:

• use Edeeva for anything unlawful;
• copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer Edeeva or its content;
• try to break, overload or get around its security;
• upload content you have no right to share, or anything harmful;
• use automated means to join the waitlist or to gain referrals.

The waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist saves your place for early access. It does not guarantee access, a date or a price. Your place on the list is an estimate and can change.

Each person on the waitlist gets a personal invite link. When people join through yours, you move up the list. We may remove sign-ups and referrals that look automated, duplicated or fraudulent, and adjust places on the list accordingly.

Subscriptions and payments

Edeeva may offer paid plans. If you buy one in the app, the purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and you manage or cancel it there. We show the price and what it includes before you pay.

Other services

Edeeva works with services we do not control, such as Apple Health, Health Connect and sign-in with Apple or Google. Their own terms apply to them.

Our intellectual property

Edeeva, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Edeeva, not ownership of any part of it. "Edeeva" and its logo are our trademarks.

Changes to Edeeva

Edeeva is new and will change. We may add, change or remove features, and we will try to tell you in advance about changes that matter to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using Edeeva and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to make Edeeva accurate and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before your claim. This does not limit our liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, and disputes go to the competent court in Novi Sad. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date. If a change affects you, the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue.
